31א. העתק המחאה
תיקון: תשל״ז־2
השולח יכול לבקש המצאת העתק של המחאה למוטב במקום המחאה שאבדה; יחד עם הבקשה ימציא לבנק הדואר את הקבלה שקיבל לפי תקנה 30(א) ואם ההמחאה טרם נפרעה על ידי המוטב ימציא בנק הדואר העתק ההמחאה בתום חדשיים מיום הוצאתה של ההמחאה המקורית.
