41. ביצוע הוראות
(א)הוראה שבה הסכום הנקוב במלים אינו מזדהה עם הסכום הנקוב בספרות, יבצע אותה בנק הדואר לפי הסכום הקטן יותר.
(ב)בנק הדואר יבצע הוראה עם קבלתה ולא יתחשב בתאריך מאוחר הנקוב בהוראה שאינה לפי תקנה 8.
