1א. הנחה למקבל קצבה מתשלום בעד שירות כספי
תיקון: תשפ״ג
החברה תיתן למקבל קצבה הנחה מהתשלום שהיא גובה מחשבונו בעד שירות כספי בהתאם להוראות סעיף 88יב(א) לחוק, בשיעור שלא יפחת מ־50 אחוזים מהתשלום שהיא גובה בעד אותו שירות כספי.
