שירת חניך בשירות סדיר כמשמעותו בחוק שירות בטחון, תשי״ט–1959 [נוסח משולב], במועד בו הוא חייב בתשלום האגרה, תהיה האגרה בעד בחינה סופית, לרבות בחינה ראשונה ובחינה חוזרת, בסך של לירה אחת.
