בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיפים 4 ו־5 לחוק החניכות, תשי״ג–1953, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. תקופת החניכות
תקופת החניכות בטבחות היא שלוש שנים.
2. גיל והשכלה מינימליים
(א)הגיל המינימלי לחניכות במקצוע הטבחות הוא 14 שנה.
(ב)ההשכלה המינימלית לחניכות במקצוע הטבחות היא סיום החינוך היסודי כמשמעותו בחוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949.
3. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות החניכות (טבחות), תש״ך–1960“.
