2. גיל והשכלה מינימליים
(א)הגיל המינימלי לחניכות במקצוע תפירת קונפקציה (לבנים) הוא ארבע־עשרה שנה.
(ב)ההשכלה המינימלית לחניכות במקצוע תפירת קונפקציה (לבנים) היא סיום החינוך היסודי כמשמעותו בחוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949, אולם לנער שניתנה לגביו הצהרת חניכות עד י״ב באלול תשכ״ג (1 בספטמבר 1963) מספיק סיום שש שנות לימוד בכיתות א׳ עד ו׳ ועד בכלל.
