2. גיל והשכלה מינימלים
(א)הגיל המינימלי לחניכות במקצועות האמורים בתקנה 1 הוא ארבע עשרה שנה.
(ב)ההשכלה המינימלית במקצועות האמורים בתקנה 1 היא סיום החינוך היסודי כמשמעותו בחוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949.
