Section 3 of צו המועצות המקומיות (חלוקת הכנסות בין המועצה המקומית אזור לבין המועצה האזורית שדות דן), התשפ״ד–2024, אופן חלוקת ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
(א)ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה המקומית אזור – 45%;
(2)המועצה האזורית שדות דן – 55%.
(ב)המועצה המקומית אזור תעביר למועצה האזורית שדות דן את חלקה של המועצה האזורית שדות דן בהכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף זה.
