בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 48 לפקודת מס הכנסה, 1947, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”מס“ – מס הכנסה למעט מס רווחי חברות;
”דיבידנדה“ – דיבידנדה המשתלמת על ידי חברה מהכנסה שעליה היא אינה חייבת בתשלום מס.
2. קביעת דיבידנדה כהכנסה
דיבידנדה תהיה הכנסה לענין סעיף 48 לפקודה.
3. השם
לצו זה ייקרא ”צו מס הכנסה (קביעת דיבידנדה כהכנסה), תשי״ז–1956“.
