13. סמכות לתת הוראות
בית המשפט רשאי, מיוזמתו או לבקשת מקבל ההחלטות, תומך בקבלת החלטות, היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא כוחו, האפוטרופוס הכללי, או קרוב של מקבל ההחלטות, לתת הוראות בכל עניין הנוגע להפעלת סמכויותיו ותפקידיו של תומך בקבלת החלטות.
