20. המצאת הבקשה
עורך דינו של המבקש, אם הוא מיוצג, ימציא את העתק הבקשה למינוי תומך למפורטים להלן, ואם המבקש אינו מיוצג – מזכירות בית המשפט תמציא את הבקשה כאמור:
(1)לתומך בקבלת החלטות שאותו מבקשים למנות, אם ישנו;
(2)ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא כוחו;
(3)לכל גורם אחר שבית המשפט הורה להמציא לו העתק.
