25. ביטול המינוי או שינויו
בית המשפט רשאי לבטל או לשנות צו מינוי מיוזמתו וכן רשאים להגיש בקשה לביטול או שינוי צו מינוי, היועץ המשפטי לממשלה או בא כוחו, מקבל ההחלטות או מי מטעמו, קרובו של מקבל ההחלטות או התומך.
