תלונה בנושא קבלת החלטות נתמכת, לרבות לעניין ביצוע תפקידו של תומך, תוגש למפקח של האפוטרופוס הכללי כמשמעותו בסעיף 67ג לחוק, לצורך בירור לפי סמכויותיו כאמור בסעיף האמור.
