2. גיל והשכלה מינימליים
(א)הגיל המינימלי לחניכות בחשמלאות רכב הוא ארבע־עשרה שנה.
(ב)ההשכלה המינימלית לחניכות בחשמלאות רכב היא סיום החינוך היסודי כמשמעותו בחוק לימוד חובה, תש״ט–1949.
