בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 2(א) לחוק המסים (קנס פיגורים), התשמ״א–1980 (להלן – החוק העיקרי), ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, אני קובע לאמור:
1. שיעור קנס
תיקון: תשנ״ה
שיעור קנס הפיגורים לפי סעיף 2 לחוק העיקרי הוא 0.2%.
2. תחילה ותחולה
תיקון: תשנ״ו
תחילתו של סעיף 1 ב־1 בחודש שלאחר פרסומו ברשומות, ומאותו יום יחול הקנס בשיעור האמור גם על חוב מס קיים.
