The source says: חוק הרשויות המקומיות (ריבית והפרשי הצמדה על תשלומי חובה), תש״ם–1980 ביטל את פרט (9) לתוספת השניה לחוק הריבית (שינוי שיעורים), תשל״ג–1972 לעניין קביעת שיעור הריבית סעיף 36 לחוק הרשויות המקומיות (ביוב), תשכ״ב–1962 וכן את סעיף 36 האמור, ולכן אין עוד תוקף לצו זה.
