בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 1 לחוק הריבית (שינוי שיעורים), תשל״ג–1972, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. קביעת שיעור ריבית
תיקון: תשל״ו
שיעור הריבית לענין הוראות החיקוקים המפורטים להלן יהיה 15% לשנה:
(1)סעיפים 133(2), 160, 185, 186 ו־187 לפקודת מס הכנסה;
(2)סעיפים 25א, 33א, 51 ו־56א לחוק מס רכוש וקרן פיצויים, תשכ״א–1961;
(3)(בוטלה);
(4)(בוטלה);
(5)(בוטלה);
(6)(בוטלה);
(7)(בוטלה);
(8)סעיף 10 לחוק מס קניה (סחורות ושירותים), תשי״ב–1952;
(9)(בוטלה).
2. תחילה
תחילתו של צו זה ביום החמישה־עשר לאחר פרסומו.
3. השם
לצו זה ייקרא ”צו הריבית (שינוי שיעורים), תשל״ג–1973“.
