2. שיעור מס מופחת ותשלומו
(א)על אף האמור בפקודה, אדם שמסר הצהרה מתקנת יהא חייב על הפרש ההכנסה במס של 25%, ואם הוא חבר־בני־אדם יחולו לענין זה הוראות סעיף 128 לפקודה.
(ב)המס ישולם תוך ארבעה חדשים מיום תחילת התקנות שהתקין שר האוצר לפי סעיף 4; אולם פקיד השומה רשאי, אם ניתנה לו סיבה מספקת לכך, להאריך את מועד התשלום כולו או מקצתו.
