בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 35(ד) לפקודת מס הכנסה, ובאישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת לפי סעיף 1 לחוק־יסוד: משק המדינה, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. פליט ויטנאם
דין פליט ויטנאם כדין עולה מיום שנכנס לישראל; לענין זה, ”פליט ויטנאם“ – יחיד שעזב את ויטנאם ונכנס לישראל על פי החלטת ממשלת ישראל.
