2. פטור ממס הכנסה
ריבית המשתלמת מיום ו׳ בתמוז תשט״ז (15 ביוני 1956) ואילך על טבי דולר תהא פטורה ממס, חוץ מן המס בשיעור של 25% שיש לנכותו מאותה ריבית לפי סעיף 31(7) לפקודה.
