27. עריכת התעודה
התעודה תיערך כמפורט בתוספת השנייה, בשפה העברית, כשהיא כוללת תרגום של האמור בה לשפה האנגלית; במקרה של אי־התאמה או סתירה – תקבע השפה העברית.
