44. אחריות בעל כלי שיט וקברניטו לקיום הוראות התקנות
(א)בעל כלי שיט וקברניטו חייבים לפקח ולעשות כל שניתן כדי למנוע ביצוע עבירה על הוראות תקנות אלה בידי כל אדם בכלי השיט.
(ב)נעברה עבירה על הוראות תקנות אלה בידי אדם בכלי השיט, חזקה היא כי בעל כלי השיט או קברניטו הפר את חובתו לפי תקנת משנה (א), אלא אם כן הוכיח כי עשה כל שניתן כדי למלא את חובתו.
