הכריז אימ״ו על אזור נוסף כאזור מיוחד, יפרסם המנהל באתר האינטרנט הודעה על אזור שהוכרז כאמור ועל מועד תחילת תוקפה של ההכרזה לעניין תקנות אלה, ובלבד שמועד התחילה לא יפחת משלושים ימים ממועד הפרסום.
