8. בדיקת בקשה
(א)ראה המנהל כי בקשה לרישיון שהוגשה לו אינה כוללת את הפרטים והמסמכים הנדרשים לשם החלטה בבקשה, יודיע למבקש כאמור וידרוש השלמת פרטים ומסמכים החסרים, לדעתו, בבקשה, ורשאי המנהל לדרוש מן המבקש פרטים ומסמכים נוספים הדרושים, לדעתו, לשם החלטה בבקשה.
(ב)לא השלים מגיש הבקשה את הפרטים והמסמכים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) במועד שהורה המנהל, יראו את המבקש כאילו חזר בו מהבקשה.
