2. מתן רשיונות לדוג ספוגים במקומות מיוחדים
תיקון: 1938-2, תש״ח
יכול שר החקלאות ליתן רשיונות לדוג ספוגים במקומות מיוחדים לתקופה של לא יותר משלוש שנים (לרבות התקופה שדיג הספוגים אסור בה) בהתחשב עם התנאים שיקבעו ברשיונות. רשיונות אלה ימסרו על יסוד הצעת־מחירים. אין שר החקלאות מתחייב לקבל איזו הצעה שהיא. שום אדם לא ידוג ספוגים אלא אם כן הורשה לכך ברשיון שניתן עפ״י תקנות אלה.
