6. הכשרתם של בעל־הרשיון וחבר עובדיו
תיקון: תשמ״ז
מי שקבל רשיון לדוג ספוגים צריך להיות דייג ספוגים מומחה וכל חבר עובדיו צריכים להיות מאומנים כדבעי בתפקידיהם השונים:
בתנאי שיכול פקיד הדייג הראשי להרשות למספר שוליות להילוות לספינה, ככל אשר יימצא לנכון.
