35. התקנת מד מים שהוסר מנכס אחר
בעל רישיון לא יתקין בנכס מד מים שהוסר מנכס אחר, אלא לאחר שנבדק במבדקה ונמצא תקין; אין בהוראה זו כדי להתיר התקנת מד מים שהתקנתו אסורה לפי חוק מדידת מים, התשט״ו–1955.
