39. הודעה על החלפת מד מים
(א)החליף בעל הרישיון מד מים משויך בנכס, יודיע על כך לצרכן באותו נכס.
(ב)החליף בעל הרישיון מד מים ראשי בנכס, יודיע על כך לכל הצרכנים בנכס.
(ג)ההודעה תיכלל בחשבון התקופתי הראשון שנערך לאחר החלפת מד המים, ויפורטו בה קריא מד המים שהוחלף וקריא מד המים החדש במועד ההחלפה.
