58. פיצול התשלום
(א)צרכן המשלם את החשבון התקופתי באמצעות הוראת קבע בבנק או בכרטיס אשראי, רשאי לשלמו בשני תשלומים חודשיים שווים, בלא ריבית ובלא הפרשי הצמדה.
(ב)צרכן המבקש לשלם את החשבון התקופתי לפי סעיף קטן (א), יודיע על כך לבעל הרישיון.
