6. אימות קריאה משודרת
(א)בעל רישיון שהתקין מדי קריאה מרחוק יבדוק את נכונות הקריאה המשודרת אליו לעומת קריא מד המים בכל אחד ממדי המים הראשיים ומדי המים המשויכים שבנכסים, פעם בשנה לפחות.
(ב)נוכח בעל רישיון כי קריא מד המים שונה מהקריאה המשודרת שבעדה חויב הצרכן, יזכה או יחייב את הצרכן בהפרש הקריאה, לפי העניין.
