60. מד מים שלא נקרא
מצא בעל הרישיון, לאחר שבדק את אופן קביעת החיוב לפי סעיף 59(ב)(1), כי על אף שלא התקיימו הנסיבות האמורות בסעיף 13(א), נקבע החיוב לצרכן לפי הערכת צריכה, יקרא את קריא מד המים בלא דיחוי, ויתקן את החיוב לצרכן לפי זה.
