62. חיוב שגוי בהפרשי מדידה
מצא בעל הרישיון, לאחר שערך בדיקה לפי סעיף 59(ב)(4), כי באחד או יותר ממדי המים המשויכים בנכס התקיים האמור בסעיף 7(א)(1) או (2), ולא בוצעה הערכת צריכה לפי סעיף 7, יבצע הערכת צריכה לאותם צרכנים ויתקן את החיוב לכל הצרכנים בנכס לפי סעיף 8.
