98. דוח שנתי
(א)בעל רישיון יפרסם, אחת לשנה ולא יאוחר מ־30 באפריל של אותה שנה, דוח שנתי בדבר פעילותו בשנה שעברה (להלן בסימן זה – שנת הדוח).
(ב)הדוח השנתי ייחתם בידי יושב ראש הדירקטוריון, הוועד או המועצה של בעל הרישיון, לפי מהות התיאגוד שלו, ובידי המנהל הכללי.
