12. חישוב כמות מים יוצאת
(א)ספק יחשב את כמות המים היוצאת לפי סכום ההפרש בין הערכת קריא מד המים ביום תחילת תקופת המדידה לבין הערכת קריא מד המים ביום שלאחר תום תקופת המדידה, בכל מדי המים המודדים את המים שמספק הספק לצרכניו.
(ב)סיפק הספק מים לצרכן בלא מדידה ושלח לו חיוב בעד אותה הספקה – תיווסף כמות המים שבעדה נשלח חיוב כאמור לסך כל כמות המים היוצאת.
