19. חובת הצבת מיתקן לריקון ביוביות
ספק יבטיח כי במערכת הביוב שלו או במרחק שלא יעלה על 20 קילומטרים מתחום כל יישוב שלו הוא מספק שירותי ביוב, יהיה מיתקן לריקון ביוביות המובילות שפכים סניטריים, שמאפשר קליטה והפרדה של שפכים מוצקים מנוזלים.
