23. ניהול תקלות ותחזוקה
(א)ספק יבצע רישום ומעקב אחר תקלות, וכן יבצע ניהול, תיעוד ובקרה של פעולות התחזוקה ועבודות התיקונים שהוא מבצע במערכות המים והביוב שבתחום הפעילות.
(ב)לצורך ביצוע הפעולות כמפורט בסעיף קטן (א), יפעיל הספק מערכת ממוחשבת.
