2. תוספת למס
רשות מקומית רשאית להטיל על הנישומים המשתייכים לה תשלום של תוספת למס ההכנסה שנקבע לנישומים אלה לשנת השומה 1952/53 ולכל שנת שומה שלאחריה (להלן – תוספת מס).
