16. ספירת השוהים בזמן ההילולה
הממונה על ההילולה או מי מטעמו יהיה אחראי לספירת השוהים במתחם קבר רבי שמעון בר יוחאי ובמתחם בני עקיבא, בכל רגע נתון בזמן ההילולה; נוכח הממונה על ההילולה שמספר השוהים כאמור עולה על המספר המרבי לפי חוק זה, יביא זאת לידיעת קצין משטרה בדרגת רב־פקד ומעלה.
