3. אופן חלוקת ההכנסות
(א)המועצה האזורית זבולון תעביר למועצה המקומית רכסים את ההכנסות בשיעורים או סכומים מסך ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)מהכנסות בסכום של עד 1,174,000 שקלים חדשים בשנה – 0%;
(2)מהכנסות בסכום של מעל 1,174,000 שקלים חדשים – 50%.
