Section 3 of צו המועצות המקומיות (חלוקת הכנסות בין המועצה האזורית מגידו לבין עיריית יוקנעם עילית, והמועצות המקומיות דאליית אל־כרמל ועספייא), התשפ״ד–2024, אופן חלוקת עודף ההכנסות.
3. אופן חלוקת עודף ההכנסות
(א)עודף ההכנסות יחולקו בין הרשויות המקומיות בשיעורים מסך כל ההכנסות, כמפורט להלן:
(1)המועצה האזורית מגידו – 30%;
(2)עיריית יוקנעם – 30%;
(3)המועצה המקומית דאליית אל־כרמל – 20%;
(4)המועצה המקומית עספייא – 20%;
(ב)המועצה האזורית מגידו תעביר לרשויות המקומיות את עודפי ההכנסות לפי האמור בסעיף זה.
