11. חידוש בטוחה למימון
מימש גוף מלווה בטוחה למימון שניתנה לבעל רישיון, עקב כך שבעל הרישיון לא שילם לו תשלום לפי תנאי ההלוואה, יורה מנהל הרשות הממשלתית למקורות, להעביר לחשבון הייעודי בגוף המלווה שנועד לבטוחה למימון, עד 6 חודשים מהמועד שבו מומשה הבטוחה, סכום השווה לבטוחה למימון שמומשה; סעיף זה לא יחול אם מימוש הבטוחה נעשה אגב העמדת ההלוואה לפירעון מיידי.
