16. סייג לתחולת כללי השעבודים
נקבעו במסמכי השעבוד של בעל רישיון שהוא חברה הוראות לפי פרט (2) לתוספת הראשונה או פרט (2) לתוספת השנייה, לפי העניין, לא יחולו על ההלוואה הוראות פרט 8 לתוספת לכללי השעבודים.
