19. מימוש בטוחה למימון
(א)בעל רישיון לא יעשה שימוש בבטוחה למימון אלא במימושה בידי הגוף המלווה.
(ב)מימש הגוף המלווה את הבטוחה למימון, רשאי בעל הרישיון בכפוף לקבלת אישור הגוף המלווה ומנהל הרשות הממשלתית, בשנים שלאחר מכן ועד לפירעון ההלוואה במלואה, להשתמש בבטוחה למימון גם להחזר ההלוואה, ויראו בכך, לעניין כללים אלה, כמימוש הבטוחה למימון בידי הגוף המלווה.
