24. אישור תשלום שנתי נוסף
(א)מנהל הרשות הממשלתית רשאי לאשר לבעל רישיון שהקים פרויקט ונטל לשם כך הלוואה, תשלום שנתי נוסף, אם מצא שתעריף הייחוס של בעל הרישיון קטן מהתעריף המזערי.
(ב)סכום התשלום השנתי הנוסף יחושב מדי שנה, לפי מכפלה של ההפרש בין תעריף הייחוס לבין התעריף המזערי, בכמות המים שמעבר לכמות המוכרת לספק שנקבעה לו לפי סעיף 14ג לכללי המים (קביעת כמות מוכרת), התשע״ו–2016.
