1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אזור“ – כהגדרתו בתקנות שעת חירום (יהודה והשומרון – שיפוט בעבירות ועזרה משפטית), התשכ״ז–1967, כפי שהוארך תוקפן ותוקן נוסחן בחוק;
”מדיניות מתן שירות“ – כמשמעותה בתקנה 2(ב);
”מדיניות שירות הובלה“ – כמשמעותה בתקנה 2(א);
”מקום“ – לרבות האזור;
”עסקת מכר מרחוק“ ו”שיווק מרחוק“ – כהגדרתם בסעיף 14ג(ו) לחוק.
