5. אי־תחולת פסקה (1) שבסעיף 18א(א1) לחוק
החובה האמורה בפסקה (1) שבסעיף 18א(א1) לחוק לא תחול על –
(1)סוגי טובין שאינם טובין כהגדרתם בתקנות אחריות ושירות;
(2)טובין ששטח הפנים הפנוי שלהם שווה או קטן לגודל מדבקה הכוללת כיתוב כנדרש בתקנה 4(1) עד (3) ובהתאם לאמור בתקנות אלה.
