8. הוראת שעה
על אף האמור בסעיף 2(ב), בשנת 2025 קמעונאי גדול יהיה פטור מן האיסור הקבוע בסעיף 7(א)(2) לחוק בנוגע לכלל המוצרים בחנות, אם בתקופה הקובעת לשנת 2025 למעלה מחמישים וחמישה אחוזים מסך המכירות שמכר הקמעונאי הגדול, בישראל, לא היו של מצרכים שסופקו בידי ספקים גדולים שנכללו ברשימה לשנת 2022, אשר פורסמה ביום י׳ בסיוון התשפ״ג (30 במאי 2023).
