Section 2 of צו הגז (בטיחות ורישוי) (גז טבעי דחוס), התש״ע–2010, הקמה והפעלה של מיתקן גט״ד.
2. הקמה והפעלה של מיתקן גט״ד
(א)לא יקים אדם מיתקן גט״ד, לא יפעילו ולא יבצע עבודת גט״ד, בלחץ העולה על 260 אטמוספרות.
(ב)לא יקים אדם מיתקן גט״ד, לא יפעילו ולא יבצע עבודת גט״ד, אלא בהתאם להוראות ותקנים אלה:
(1)לעניין תחנה למילוי גט״ד – prEN 13638:2005 NGV Filling stations;
(2)לעניין מיתקני גט״ד למדידת גז טבעי והורדת לחץ – EN 12186:2000 Gas supply systems – Gas pressure regulating stations for transmission and distribution – Functional requirements;
(3)לעניין מיתקני אחסון נייחים לגט״ד –
(א)ASME VIII. Pressure Vessels – Division 1; או
(ב)Directive 97/23/EC Of The European Parliament And of the Council.
