לעניין בעל רישיון למתן שירות מידע פיננסי שהחזיק ברישיון כאמור במועד שקדם ליום פרסומן של תקנות אלה, סכום האגרה לפי תקנה 5 לעניין השנה שבה פורסמו התקנות, יחושב כאילו הרישיון כאמור ניתן במועד פרסומן של התקנות.
