12. תחילה
תחילתה של הודעה זו במועד שיקבע יושב ראש הרשות כמועד תחילת דיווח אלקטרוני חובה של תאגידים מדווחים לפי תקנות דיווח אלקטרוני, והיא תחול ביחס לכל דוח שיוגש לרשות החל באותו מועד.
